EXCURSION TO TRAM ME VILLAGE AND PHONG NHA CAVE

At 8:00 – 8:30, our tour guide will pick you up from Dong Hoi city (train station, airport, hotels) or the Phong Nha – Ke Bang area to explore the local village of Tram Me and Phong Nha Cave.

Upon arrival in Phong Nha, we will cycle to visit Tram Me village, where the rural landscape still retains its distinctly Vietnamese characteristics and remains largely untouched by the outside world. Situated alongside the romantic Son River, surrounded by ancient limestone mountains and old-growth forests, Tram Me village exudes a unique charm.

We’ll ride bicycles along winding paths, pause to admire and photograph tranquil homes and lush green cornfields, and engage with local families in their daily lives. Experience crossing beautiful suspension bridges over the river.

Lunch will be at a local restaurant, where you’ll sample typical village dishes.

Next, we head to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park to visit Phong Nha Cave. Upon reaching the dock, we’ll board a boat on the Son River, listening to the love story associated with the river. We’ll admire the beautiful natural scenery of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. After about 30 minutes on the boat, enjoying the simple life of the villages along both sides of the river, we’ll arrive at the entrance to Phong Nha Cave, located in the heart of the park with a length of 7,729 meters. Marvel at impressive karst landscapes, underground river systems, and unique stalactites found nowhere else in the world. This cave is famous for its rock formations with intriguing names like Lion, Unicorn, Kneeling Elephant, and Buddha. We will also explore Co Tien Cave (Fairy) and Cung Dinh Cave (Royal Palace) to admire beautiful stalactites formed by nature over millennia.

Between 5:00 – 5:30 PM, we’ll bid farewell to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park and board the bus to return to the hotel or meeting point.

– In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
