We accept payments by bank transfer, paypal, credit card, Western Union, Rial, Money Gram, Wise…

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by the client

In case of cancellation by the client and for any reason, the client is obliged to pay the fees as follows:

• Cancellation without charge up to 72 hours before the tour;
• Cancellation with more than 24 hours in advance, we will refund 50% of the tour price;
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, late arrival or no-show at the indicated time, no refund will be offered.

This policy applies to all Amigos Phong Nha services booked by the client

3.2. Cancellation by Amigos Phong Nha

Some cases may occur where Amigos Phong Nha is forced to cancel your contract, for example: force majeure situation: natural disasters, transportation problems, health, politics… In all these cases, we will refund 100% of the tour price, however, without being able to benefit from any compensation.

4. Documents

For the foreign client, it is necessary to comply with the legislation in force in each case:

• The client must consult with sufficient advance notice about the requirements demanded by the customs authorities of Vietnam, being the exclusive responsibility of the passenger to have the personal documentation required by the authorities mentioned above.
• As a guide, it is required to have a valid passport, with its respective visas when necessary. In the case of minors under 18 years of age, they must always have duly legalized parental authorization

Consequently, Amigos Phong Nha disclaims all responsibility for the processing and validity of the passenger’s documentation and the inconveniences that the passenger may suffer as a result, and will be responsible for the expenses corresponding to delays or abandonment of the tour caused by lack or deficiency of the necessary documentation.

5. Preparations before the excursion

The client must provide all the required information detailed below:

• Full names and surnames of all members of the tour
• Contact details: telephone, email…
• Flight details, accommodation or pick-up point
• Requirements for special needs.

In addition, the client must consult the program of their tour to prepare the appropriate items to bring with them.

6. Feedback and after the tour
