Terms and conditions

1. Tour Reservation

We accept tour reservations through:

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments by:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • And other available payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by the Client

In case of cancellation by the client for any reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

72 hours or more before the tour Free cancellation
More than 24 hours before the tour 50% refund of the tour price
Less than 24 hours before the tour No refund
Late arrival or no-show No refund

This policy applies to all Amigos Phong Nha services booked by the client.

3.2. Cancellation by Amigos Phong Nha

In certain circumstances, Amigos Phong Nha may be forced to cancel a tour due to force majeure, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation problems

  • Health-related issues

  • Political situations

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will provide a 100% refund of the tour price.

However, Amigos Phong Nha will not be responsible for any additional compensation or expenses arising from the cancellation.

4. Documents

For international clients, it is the client's responsibility to comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

Clients are advised to check well in advance the entry requirements and documentation required by the Vietnamese authorities.

As a general requirement, clients should have:

  • A valid passport

  • The appropriate visa, where required

  • Any other documents required by the relevant authorities

For travelers under 18 years of age, duly legalized parental authorization may be required.

Amigos Phong Nha is not responsible for the processing or validity of the passenger's travel documents, nor for any inconvenience resulting from missing or invalid documentation.

Any expenses arising from delays, changes, or abandonment of the tour due to insufficient or invalid documentation will be the responsibility of the passenger.

5. Preparations Before the Excursion

To ensure that your tour is organized smoothly, please provide the following information:

  • Full name of all tour participants

  • Contact details: telephone number, email address, etc.

  • Flight details

  • Accommodation details or pick-up location

  • Special requirements or assistance needs, if any

In addition, please review your tour itinerary carefully and prepare the appropriate clothing, personal belongings, and equipment required for the excursion.
