EXPLORATION OF THIEN DUONG (PARADISE) CAVE
The Thiên Đường (Paradise) Cave tour offers a fascinating experience in one of Vietnam’s most spectacular caves. Visitors have the opportunity to marvel at the stunning stalactite and stalagmite formations that adorn the cave’s underground chambers. Guided by local experts, explorers can delve into the mysterious passages and learn about the cave’s unique geological history. In addition, the tour allows visitors to discover the cave’s natural beauty, with natural light filtering through cracks in the cave’s ceiling, creating beautiful light paintings on the stone walls. It’s a magical experience that combines natural beauty with the thrill of exploration, leaving visitors in awe of the grandeur of Thiên Đường Cave.

(Half-day excursion: 8:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 17:00)
8:00 or 13:00 Our tour guide will pick you up at Dong Hoi town (Dong Hoi station, Dong Hoi airport, Dong Hoi hotels) or Phong Nha – Ke Bang area to explore Thien Duong Cave (Paradise Cave).
This is a cave impressed by the beautiful and spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, it is 31.4 km long, 72 m high and 30 – 150 m wide. According to speleologists, it is the longest dry cave in Asia. In June 2011, the Paradise Cave had established3 records in the Guinness Book of Records for Vietnam, included:
– The longest cave in Vietnam.
– The cave has the most magnificent stalactites in Vietnam.
– The longest wooden bridge in Vietnam.
We will take the electric car to travel about 2 km to the foot of the mountain. Once there, we will continue climbing 500 steps or we will continue the little path to enter the cave. On the way, we will see the diverse ecosystem with rare tree species of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.
We will walk along the wooden staircase system for 1 km admiring various rock formations:Hexagonal Tower, Thach Thien Cung, Assembly of Immortals, Jade Statue, Royal Palace, Highland Communal House, Lotus Tower… there are many stalactites of mysterious shapes depending on our imagination.
At 12:00 or 17:00 we will say goodbye to the cave and get on the bus to return to the hotel or place you indicate.
