We apply a change and cancellation policy for the following justified reasons:

• Due to the client’s health condition the tour cannot be carried out;
• Due to bad weather or natural disasters, the tour may be dangerous and impossible to do;
• Due to the problem of public transportation, it affects the time it takes for tourists to reach the tourist destination and the tour cannot be carried out.

The following cancellation policies apply:

• Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the activity;
• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance we will refund 50%;
• If you cancel with less time, arrive late or do not show up, no refund will be offered.
