EXCURSION TO PHONG NHA CAVE AND MOOC SPRING

Program

At 8:00 – 8:30, our tour guide will pick you up in Dong Hoi city (train station, airport, hotels) or in the Phong Nha – Ke Bang area to explore Phong Nha Cave and Mooc Spring.

Upon arriving at the pier, we will board a boat on the Son River, listening to the love story associated with the river. We will admire the beautiful natural scenery of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. After about 30 minutes sitting on the boat, admiring the simple life of the village on both sides of the river, we will arrive at the entrance of Phong Nha Cave, located in the center of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park with a length of 7,729 meters. We will enjoy impressive karst landscapes, underground river systems, and unique stalactites. This cave is famous for its rock formations that have intriguing names like Lion, Unicorn, Kneeling Elephant, and Buddha. We will also explore Co Tien (Fairy) and Cung Dinh (Royal Palace) caves to admire beautiful stalactites created by nature over millennia.

We will have lunch at a local restaurant with typical local dishes.

After lunch, we will visit Mooc Spring. We will walk along a bamboo bridge that crosses the dense primeval forest. Along the way, there are small springs reflecting in the winding water flow for about 700 meters. We will arrive at the center where the spring suddenly expands like a natural pool, as beautiful as a picture, leaving unforgettable impressions in the hearts of visitors.

We will admire the beautiful landscape of Mooc Spring (Suối Mooc) surrounded by steep limestone mountains. We will enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds singing and the water flowing between the rocks. At the same time, we will freely take photos and immerse ourselves in the fresh water to cool off and participate in exciting games such as kayaking, swimming races, jumping… with the unique and incredibly fresh blue water.

At 17:00 – 17:30, we will say goodbye to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park and board the bus to return to the hotel or meeting point.

When to book: You can book up to 24 hours before the excursion starts if there are still places available.

How to cancel the reservation:

– To receive a full refund for the excursion, you must cancel at least 12 hours before it starts.

– If you cancel the excursion less than 12 hours before it starts, no refund will be given.

– No changes will be accepted within 12 hours before the excursion starts (The deadline is based on the local time of the place).

– If canceled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund of the amount paid.
